A bit disappointed in Nicki Minaj’s set. I am starting to think they cut her short because she kept flashing the crowd. She literally fell out of her outfit a couple times at the beginning of her set. I know at one point it looked like Beyonce was trying to fix her outfit. Now we wait to see if the city fines her for exposing herself.
