My life as a TV show: Little to no storylines, no continuation of plots, random things u had no idea was happening in my life coming in from nowhere. Honestly just like every TV series I claim to hate.
The swing voter in November will not be the Republican to Denocrat or Democrat to Republican.
It will be the non-voter to voter.
Young people,
this is your moment.
This is your election.
This is your time to win.
Vote! The lower the voter turnout, the more likely republicans are to win. Young people are majority liberal, but are way less likely to vote. Our voices matter. Vote to enact change!
Fact is, we don’t need any more new characters. We don’t need a new psycho villain, either. Or a diesel truck. The zombies and the natural disaster stuff could have provided all the conflict we needed this half of the season without introducing even more new faces.
Am I just jaded? I want to care about this show but they’re not making it easy. I’m having a hard time mustering the give-a-damn necessary to watch Fear for any other reason than to write these reviews. That’s a shame. TV shouldn’t feel like a chore—even when it’s part of your job.
Maybe the biggest problem outside the bad plotting and dialogue is that this cast of characters feels so forced. Why are they even together? Why are they a group? At least with the Clark family we had an interesting dynamic between all the characters. The way the Clarks and the Salazars and Strand all came together made sense. They weren’t all best buddies right away either, and in Season 3 they weren’t even all on the same side the whole time. Now what are we left with? A bloated cast that barely resembles the core group.
