we’ve taught girls to romanticise nearly everything a boy does. when i was younger i thought it was cute that boys chased the girl even after she said no. i loved it when after a girl moved away from a kiss, the guy would pull her back and force it on. i thought a guy saying ‘i won’t take a no for an answer’ was passionate and romantic. we’re literally always teaching girls to romanticise abusive traits.
People, it doesn’t matter how unpopular Donald Trump is.
It doesn’t matter how unpopular Brett Kavanaugh is.
It doesn’t matter how vile Trump’s policies are.
It doesn’t matter if an internet meme people make is really, really funny.
It doesn’t matter how nonsensical Trump’s tweets are.
If Republicans finish the 2018 elections in charge of both houses of Congress, they will pass everything they want no matter how horrible it is. They will assume they have one shot and one shot only, and they will take it no matter the consequences.
