Last night my brother and I were talking and he described himself as “fiscally Conservative, but Socially Liberal” and my first thought was, “Oh, just a liberal then” since from my understanding of the Liberals is their economic policies share a core with Conservatives while being somewhat more socially progressive (though honestly that last one is debatable really).
