Random observation #3345
Every member of the Supreme Court went to either Harvard or Yale. Had Merrick Garland gotten on the court, this would not have changed: his whole education was at Harvard.
Apparently, no one else, from any other school anywhere in the United States, is competent to be on the Supreme Court.
That, or the system is a closed, self-reinforcing club that is convinced of its own superiority and maintains the walls of its own privilege.
Just maybe.
