Do not learn about political ideologies of any kind – socialism, fascism, progressivism, populism, theocracy … you name it – from Tumblr posts. Or tweets. Or Facebook. Or any social media anywhere.

At least, don’t make these the end of your learning. They’re maybe fine as starting places, but don’t finish your learning with them.

There are actual books that explore these ideas in great detail. They’re really a much better place to learn.

And the same thing holds true for public policies. And history. And medical conditions. And almost everything else important in life.
